Will logistics hubs be established?
The goal is to improve responsiveness, ensure supply, and facilitate local distribution.
Where will the warehouses be located?
Initially in France. The warehouses will be gradually restructured at the European level, with an organizational structure designed to optimize product availability and delivery times. This structure will build on the industrial and logistical capabilities of Dome Solar and the Kingspan Group.
Will the commercial and technical partner teams be accompanied?
Yes. Supporting our partners is a priority. The Dome Solar teams are gradually expanding their presence to provide tailored technical and commercial support, including assistance with design, proposal development, and implementation.
Are training courses offered?
Yes. Technical and product training will be rolled out progressively to support onboarding into the LightX, FD3, and the rest of the full portfolio systems in their new environment. These trainings can be provided in various formats (webinars, technical sessions, dedicated materials).
What will the technical validation process look like?
Will the existing libraries (PVsyst, AutoCAD, BIM) be available?
Will the new design tool be identical?
Are the trade terms (Incoterms, MOQ, discounts) changing?

Will the prices remain similar?
Dome Solar is working to offer a pricing structure that is consistent with the market and aligned with expected quality and service standards. In the context of the industry’s restart and efforts to secure the supply chain, several developments can be observed. Partners are informed transparently when new terms are introduced.
