Planned, expected settlement phenomena in the building and the required low embedment depths were the outstanding features of this project in Malaysia. On behalf of BayWa r.e., we supplied this landfill project with Sigma II frames.

For this purpose, the frames were equipped with a flexible adjustment to compensate for medium-term subsidence phenomena.

Goussaincourt, France, 36 MWp

19.02.2021

In Goussaincourt, France, Mounting Systems supplied the Sigma II installation systems for a project built in collaboration with Bouygues ES. Due to the hard ground, our Sigma II was chosen as it was perfectly suited with its height adjustable split post. This, along with the relatively small cross-section of the posts, allowed for fast and efficient pre-drilling. More than 18,000 holes were drilled and filled with excavated material to ram the posts. Everything in less than 3 months.

The racking systems for approx. 36 MWp were delivered by us within four weeks. Therefore, the efficiency of our logistics was of outstanding importance.

Akadyr, Kazakhstan, 26 MWp

11.02.2021

Mounting Systems delivered the extremely adaptable Sigma II bifacial made of steel for a solar park of GOLDBECK SOLAR GmbH in Kazakhstan. The special thing about the Akadyr II project was that bifacial modules were used together with the mounting system that was optimized in this regard.

For the first time in a project of this size, a bifacial gain could also be made possible through the choice of the frame system.

The special design, the high angle of inclination and the large ground clearance ensured that the rear of the modules could be used optimally.
