Summer party

Summer Sun Mounting Systems

On Friday, 23.06.2023, the time had finally come: Our 3-in-1 party could begin. With over 300 guests we celebrated our summer party, the 30th anniversary and the opening of the new factory. The motto was "Summer-Sun-Mounting Systems". But the weather in Rangsdorf did not want to stick to it and gave us a present in the form of heavy rain showers and a cool breeze. Thanks to the good preparation and the new premises at Maulbeerstraße 13, all colleagues, families and guests stayed dry, as the celebration was simply moved indoors. Our new facility was thus duly inaugurated. Who needs warm temperatures and sunshine?

more than a party.
it's a jubilee.

Everyone was surprised with a large selection of food trucks, a huge show truck that prepared delicious cocktails and much more, and a photo box where you could capture the beautiful moments. On the stage many exciting program points took place. Various dance groups from Dabendorf and Rangsdorf showed their skills. Live singing and a DJ provided the musical entertainment and encouraged dancing. Also for our small guests was provided. Two large bouncy castles were set up for them to play and romp around. There was a table with face painting and glitter tattoos. There they could have different motifs painted on their faces. Many parents took home little cats, lions or flower fairies. The balloon artist conjured up pirate swords and various animals for the children. All in all, our 30th anniversary was a great success and we would like to thank all our colleagues and service providers for their great efforts. A special thank you goes to everyone who joined in the celebration and made sure that this day will be remembered for a long time to come.

Expansion

Summer party at the new location

The special highlight of the summer festival was the location.

We are looking forward to generating more jobs through the expansion of our existing location in Rangsdorf and to soon be able to deliver more goods to our customers and partners in a shorter time.

10.09.2021

It's that time again: The annual Forum Neue Energiewelt conference is just around the corner. The two-day event, organized by Conexio-PSE, will take place on September 22 and 23, 2021 at Festsaal Kreuzberg in Berlin, Germany.

The program includes networking, moderated discussions, pitches and presentations on a wide range of current topics related to renewable energy and the energy transition. The focus will be on topics such as photovoltaics, storage systems, green hydrogen, renewable energy policy and other current developments in the market.

Forum New Energy World MSY_EN

Continuation for last year's successc

After the successful first staging last year at the new location in Kreuzberg, the conference can physically take place again at the same venue. This is made possible by a strict hygiene concept that Conexio-PSE created and coordinated with the location and the authorities.

In addition, this year's event offers a new feature that allows digital participation via video stream. This has enabled Conexio-PSE to guarantee from the outset that the conference will take place despite possible short-term restrictions due to the unpredictable Corona situation.

Mounting Systems present as "Gold Sponsor"

As last year, Mounting Systems will be present at this year's 22nd edition as a gold sponsor. Our colleagues from the business unit "Solar Parks and Utility-Scale Projects" are looking forward to welcoming you at our booth for an exchange with other industry colleagues.

Join the event and come by to learn more about our fixed-tilt and solar tracker systems for photovoltaic installations. We are looking forward to your visit!

Mounting systems for the largest solar carport in the world

08.06.2021

Mounting Systems has developed its Sigma Carport solution for the world's first 35 MWp solar carport park supplied by Solarfields and Lowlandsin Biddinghuizen, the Netherlands. The solar park is being built on the Lowlands parking lots next to the MOJO open-air festival site and covers an area of 35 hectares. A total of 90,000 bifacial solar modules will generate 35 MWp of energy, equivalent to the electricity consumption of 10,000 households per year or 100 festival weekends. Currently, the parking lot is used by at least four major festivals from May through October. The annual carbon emissions avoided are 18,410,000 kg.

Steel structures on a sturdy foundation

After a thorough assessment of the ground conditions, 2,770 special concrete foundation piles, each five meters long and weighing three tons, were driven into the ground. Once a stable foundation had been created, the steel systems were installed. Depending on the application, three different types of steel structures were assembled from standardized components - two structures for one car with three PV modules vertically and one structure for two cars (facing each other) with five PV modules vertically. The hot-dip galvanized structures in combination with the robust concrete foundations guarantee a solid and reliable carport system for more than 25 years.

Ground Mount Systems for an 18 MWp PV Plant in Germany

07.04.2021

Mounting Systems has delivered two-post ground mount systems for a photovoltaic plant, located in eastern Germany, approximately 60 km from the capital, Berlin.

A total of around 541 tons of assembly material was delivered by trucks directly to the construction site. Deliveries were made in stages to ensure a smooth and organized construction process at the site.

The foundation method chosen for the project was driven piles, which were driven to a embedment depth of 1.50m. The Sigma II system was adapted for a module inclination of 17°, and 40.320 PV modules were installed using module clamps. The PV system has an electrical DC capacity of 18 MWp.
